OLIVIA WÚ
Personality;
Olivia tends to be quite the flip-flopper when it comes to her personality. But of course one thing she's proud to announce is that she'd never given up. She'd be proud to say that, and would say that, and that was what made her a liar. Disappointed in herself, she had failed to keep her mother by her side, and had let her leave. But ever since, no matter what, truly no matter what, she hadn't given up anything. From the most insignificant matters to those that meant life or death to others. For that, she somewhat tries to avoid having people too close to her, as she overreacts too much, sometimes acting like a responsible parent. And even though she acknowledges this fact, she is always very hurt whenever someone mentions it, or points out any other flaw. She's easy to upset, but her reaction usually takes her down alone, whether by isolating herself with an invisible mind barrier which was ignoring, or by truly isolating herself in her room. But, if you were to avoid annoying her, or were to ignore her flaws, she can be rather cheerful. Her sense of humor doesn't go too far, but she's a good listener and crack a smile pretty often. And in some rare cases, can go on a happy-go-lucky streak for maybe even a full week.
She doesn't hold on strong onto her opinion, and easily takes someone else's as her own. She easily loses self confidence just as well.
At rare times she cuts herself, well, wishes she had the courage to inflict such injury to herself. Usually just bites or scratches herself, nothing serious, only in cases where she's really feeling down.
Hobbies/Sports; She's an artist, prefers using paint and drawing nature scenarios. Sometimes takes people's requests to draw them, of course merely a speed painting, but she enjoys doing so. Has an easel in her room.
She sings, not professionally or anything like that, she just sings along with lyrics while memorizing them.
Enjoys reading books, from classics to sci-fi, also likes reading poetry.
As far as athletics, she's all the way for soccer. Prefers playing defense, sometimes even goal-keeping. Can sometimes be found running on the track.

History;
A man and woman, both appearing around 18 or 20, had been staring into each other's eyes. A smile was worn on each's faces, and a mysterious glow of happiness surrounding each. Slowly and eventually the events arrived at a somewhat small bed, and from there what happened wasn't worth mentioning.
- Just remember Lilith, remember how it was, how it could still be! The young man's voice pleaded.
- I'm sorry Hui Zhong, but we were both fools. You are too young, too unexperienced, and I suppose that is what made me attracted to you out of all" She replied, a faint accent to her voice. She didn't seem to be angry. We won't be together, but I'll help you take care of her until she'd 5, then I'm sorry to tell you that I will be parting...
He stared at the ground a moment, then nodded. He walked closer towards her, observing the small baby that lied in her hands. He smiled, a tear crawling down his cheek. "Olivia.." He whispered...
Olivia had always considered herself a burden, and a disappointment. And her first five years living were doubtlessly her best. She always considered herself the reason as to why her mother had abandoned them. While she was around she hadn't witnessed all too many fights between the two. Therefore, enforcing the idea that it truly was her fault. She lived with her father, a human, for 7 more years, and was then sent to Styrewood. But during those 7 years, despite the terrible environment she lived in with her father, she had worked on improving her hobbies, or talents. Hui Zhong was a drunk and a smoker since the day Lilith left. She struggled to ignore it, avoiding him when possible. She could hear him crying, sobbing in his room at night.
Though when Olivia did come across him, though rare, he did abuse her at some point. Olivia still couldn't blame him. He was too young, even her, at such young age, could agree to that. He couldn't handle the pain, he couldn't handle raising her when she looked so similar to her mother.
The first months at Styrewood, she had been depressed, isolating herself from majority of people. The school was kind enough to try to find her mother. It wasn't all too hard anyhow, Lilith had gained quite the reputation, the good reputation of course. It was clear that Olivia's sadness was because she blamed herself. So, every holiday, her parents, both her parents, would visit her, giving her the image that they were both happy together. At some point Olivia did understand the fact that the relationship between her father and mother wasn't the loving type that she had wished her, but it still brought her comfort to know, that, somehow, she had brought them together.
Near the last months of the school year, Olivia had actually found and obtained a rather close friend. Alex had been her name, and the only problem was the fact that this girl was 18 and about to leave Styrewood for good. Olivia, knowing this fact had tried to not grow too great of a relanshionship with the girl, but Alex was the curious type, and it wasn't long before she managed to get Olivia to put her barriers down.
Olivia had finally found that one person she could really talk to without worrying, though they were merely friends, good friends. As Olivia would sometimes joke about it, she was as straight as a zigzag, while Alex on the other hand, was as straight as a newly cemented road. Alex had been Olivia's only, well, she was the only one that Olivia really was attracted to, or liked for that matter, but they'd both done their best as to not let that disturb their friendship. And it didn't. The older girl left by the end of the year, a parting filled with no tears but merely smiles and waves. Her only good friend had left.
Second year at Styrewood, Olivia was informed that her father died in a car accident: Drunk driving.
That had truly destroyed her, and the proof was a scar on her right arm, just below her elbow, a scar self inflicted. She struggled to recuperate from this, though her self confidence and security were very damaged as she continued to blame herself.
But surprisingly, this lasted merely a few months. During those months her grades had fell much below average, but she'd distracted herself with school work.
Slightly different, very different, Olivia was...ok.
Roleplay Sample;
Her eyes met a block of pale skin. Sitting on the ground with her skirt between her legs, her body leaning over the small N table, the brown leather of her jacket connecting with the amber wood, lower lip appearing vaguely as her teeth gently bit into it, her hand held so close to her eyes that they were all she could see, she let out a small sigh. "I'm not..." Shaky words came out her lips, her mind either not done processing, or refusing to lie, or not acknowledging the thought, as the word overprotective failed to come out as a whisper. Her head slowly fell onto the surface of the table, closing her watery red eyes for a few seconds. "I was just...trying to help" Olivia mumbled to herself, letting out a sigh along with her words. She stood up, taking wide steps back to trip over the bed and roughly fall onto the mattress, her body slightly flying open down, 'bouncing'. She sniffed, resisting the urge to let out small cries of sadness, or even let anymore tears fall down onto her cheeks. Her eyes were red. "Sunny, light up the sky with a single smile, heal one's wounds with a mere laugh" She had been talking to herself, sitting up as she took a glance at the rectangular mirror hanging on the light light grey wall. She struggled to curve the tips of her lips to shape them into a smile. "It's never too late..." The same moment a song she had heard crossing her mind, she hummed along the beat, staring at her reflection
