NAOMI CALANDRIA ZENITH
Full Name; Naomi Calandria Zenith
Nicknames; Naomi, Naimi
Age; 16
Birthday; January 1
Gender; Female
Blood; Mammalian Demon, Red Fox
Powers; Strength
Controller(s); Naomi's first controller is a necklace that is marked with the initials DRZ, those of her adoptive mother who died of cancer last year. It helps her control her strength powers. A pair of tiny gold hoop earrings were also given to her by her adoptive mother, Denise Rae Zenith, who predicted in her fortune-telling that Naomi would come to find the earrings' magical-controlling powers would come in handy.
Grade; 10th Grade; Sophomore
Dorm room; F-1013
Boarding; Full-board
Hair; Naomi's hair is a mix of the blondes, fawn browns, and brilliant reds that make up a red fox's coat, a sort of auburn colour. It has a lot of volume but the individual strands of hair are very sleek, also portraying a fox's coat of fur. Her hair reaches about mid-back; in this way she differs from a lot of other Mammalian Demons, because she likes her hair longer. She plans to grow it out to her waist. Her eyelashes and eyebrows are, however, much darker and longer than a usual person's. No need for mascara here!
Eyes; Naomi's eyes are the rich amber that a red fox's would be.
Build; Naomi is short, lush, and neither thin nor stocky, but somewhere inbetween, with curves that other women envy.
Height; 1.54 meters
Personality; Naomi is a bit cold towards those she has never met before, though once in a while she will take a real liking to someone. The few people that she decides she likes right away she will try to befriend; otherwise, she is cold, angry, condescending and/or uncaring to everyone else. Naomi has a love of violence and getting into trouble, and absolutely loves shiny things. She is extremely headstrong and as stubborn as a pig.

Quirks; Loves to play cards, will follow shiny things to the ends of the earth
History; As a child, Naomi was adbandoned by her parents; she doesn't remember who they are or even their names. Fortuneately, she was taken in from where she was left on the streets and learned exactly who she was and what she was from the fortune-teller woman who took her in. She had a natural ability with the trade, and she quickly learned the ways of fortune-telling from the old woman, from palm and card reading to knucklebone casting. The two lived life in harmony until, fifteen years later, the fortune-telling woman discovered that she had cancer. Naomi lived at her bedside tending the sick woman, until the woman finally told her that she had to leave, and made arrangements for Naomi at Styrewood Academy. Naomi refused to leave, staying against the dying woman's will, trying to take care of her adoptive mother. Unfortuneately, Denise died only four days later, despite Naomi's efforts. She then followed up with her adoptive mother's wishes, hitchhiking and stealing her way to Styrewood Academy, where she was received with (somewhat) open arms.
Roleplay Sample; Naomi glared up at the building, her dark eyebrows knitting together. She was wearing a short dark green skirt and a black lacy camisole that ended just below her belly button, seeming impervious to the wintry cold in her apparel and stance. In one arm she carried a white peacoat with brass buttons and in the other she carried a dark leather messenger bag, which she slung carelessly over her shoulder. Her feet were encased in large black leather boots, laced tightly up to just below her knee. No jewelry adorned her but for her golden chain necklace with the initials "DZR" on it and the two small gold hoops that winked at her earlobes.
She fluffed her auburn hair, trying to ward off the cold around her. She didn't know exactly why she was going to live in a dorm room; she didn't even know anyone who was here. Naomi had not even met anyone on the campus besides the Headmistress, who waved her off nonchalantly, seeming more-or-less pissed off about something. She sincerely hoped that whoever she met, they were going to be friendly. Of course, her being friendly was an entirely different matter.
With a smirk, Naomi walked forward, murmuring, "I hope I like it here..." She opened the door with her manicured hand and trapsed inside, intending on making her way up to her room.
